Service Description

Greenhorn Campground performs hot-water (approximately 105–110°F) decontamination of watercraft to reduce the risk of transporting aquatic invasive species (Golden Mussel, Quagga/Zebra Mussel, NZ Mudsnail, etc.). Pricing (paid on arrival): • Jet Ski: $100 • Boat: $150 • Boat with Ballast Tanks: $200 Upon arrival your watercraft must be: • Operable, with battery charged and keys in the ignition • Drain plugs OUT • Clean, drained, and dry (free of any standing water) A Liability Release & Waiver must be acknowledged at the time of booking. Decontamination is logged in the WID database and your watercraft will receive a tag for return access to Rollins Lake or Scotts Flat Lake during boating season.


Cancellation Policy

Boat Decontamination Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card will be kept on file. Payment for the decontamination service itself is collected IN PERSON at the time of service. Wix will not charge your card for the service. STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY: Once your appointment is booked, ANY cancellation or no-show will result in a $150 fee charged to the card on file. There is no free cancellation window. Please be certain of your appointment before booking. By booking this appointment, you authorize Greenhorn Campground to charge the card on file $150 in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
